Risposta:

The buyer must submit a request to the Basin Authority for the transfer of registration in the Nautical Register, using the form 'CO-SUB-20 - Request for TRANSFER of registration in the Nautical Register". At the same time, the seller must submit a request to the Basin Authority for withdrawal from the Nautical Register, using the form 'CO-RIN-20 - Communication of WITHDRAWAL from the Nautical Register".

The identification markers remain attached to the vessel.
